Terrible
Cannot use Face ID. And I use 32 character minimums for passwords. You try remembering that every time. It fails to authenticate every single time I launch the app. I have to close and relaunch minimum 5 times to get through. Which is a pain. My card limit cannot be raised. It denies rent for 1500$ and does not show up on their system anywhere. Nobody has been able to figure it out. And support don’t give me your generic please call this number. I did that. And jumped through hoops for hours with no resolution. I’ve already had the bad taste. I’ve looked into a new bank.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with our app. We are working on resolving the Face ID authentication issue and improving our password system. Our team is actively investigating the limits issue and we appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.
Very slow compared to other banks
Something has changed with this App over the past month or so. It is now very slow to react compared to my other banking apps. All the features and functions work as designed but just takes very long to the point where you think the app is not responding and you close it and re open it just to realize it is that slow.
